In life, there are many things we are unable to control, and often these are seen as hindrances to living the healthy life we want:
Daily pressures – work, family, sickness, stress and grief – can leave little capacity to think about what wellbeing actually looks like

Injury and illness can lead to physical restrictions with exercise
