Expert health plans with a focus on Nutrition, Wellbeing & Community

I aspire to make all people feel welcomE

As an Associate Registered Nutritionist based in Christchurch, I help those who don’t know where to start, feel there are too many hindrances to change, or have tried in the past without success. You don’t have to be athletic, join a gym, know about fad diets, or love quinoa, to implement changes to feel your best.

“My recommendations are personalised to your specific needs and stage of life.”

Change is possible! I’m here to help.

In life, there are many things we are unable to control, and often these are seen as hindrances to living the healthy life we want:

  • Daily pressures – work, family, sickness, stress and grief – can leave little capacity to think about what wellbeing actually looks like

  • A limited food budget

  • Injury and illness can lead to physical restrictions with exercise

The good news is, despite life’s challenges, some things are in our control, that we can tune into to create positive and lasting change.

Many of us will have some control over:

  • Our diet, the food we eat – even on a budget

  • How we use our breath daily

  • Our sleep hygiene (the exception being kids waking of course!)

  • How we move our bodies – taking limitations into consideration

  • Whether we choose to adopt stress management practices
