Chocolate Berry Protein Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
250ml liquid – half water, half milk of choice
¼ cup unsweetened high protein yogurt
Handful of frozen berries
Half a small banana
2tsp raw cacao powder (not sweetened drinking chocolate)
1 scoop of plain/vanilla protein powder (min 20g protein.) I use Balance Plant Protein or Nuzest Clean Lean Protein.
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Handful of ice
Method:
Place all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
