Chocolate Berry Protein Smoothie

chocolate berry protein smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 250ml liquid – half water, half milk of choice

  • ¼ cup unsweetened high protein yogurt

  • Handful of frozen berries

  • Half a small banana

  • 2tsp raw cacao powder (not sweetened drinking chocolate)

  • 1 scoop of plain/vanilla protein powder (min 20g protein.) I use Balance Plant Protein or Nuzest Clean Lean Protein.

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • Handful of ice

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
